MBCC began the Sweet Repeats Consignment Sale in 2011.  Since that time, we have been so blessed by the support of our sellers and volunteers!  We now host two sales annually, one in September and the other in February.  MBCC’s proceeds from the sale support the church’s Short-Term Mission Trips and other mission projects.  Consignors receive 75% of the selling price and 25% goes to MBCC Missions.

The sale takes place in the MBCC Fellowship Hall.

FALL SALE 2024 INFO

We are excited to have you join us for our spring sale on September 6-7, 2024!  Our presale shopping day for volunteers and consignors will be on Thursday, September 5th. Consignor and volunteer registration will open on August 1st at 8:00 pm.  

PUBLIC SALE SHOPPING HOURS

Friday, September 6th
9:00 am – 4:00 pm, *No Strollers 9am-1pm**
**Please note, we will close at 4 pm on Friday!*

Saturday, September 7th
9:00 am – 12:00 am  (Many items are half off on Saturday.)

VOLUNTEER INFO:  

  • Each volunteer can sign up to serve one or two shifts.  Please choose which shift(s) you want when registering, and please do NOT register for more than 2 shifts!

  • All volunteers will shop in our pre-sale on Thursday, September 5th.  If you work 2 shifts, you will shop at 3 pm and 1 shift volunteers shop at 3:30 pm.

  • Male Volunteer Shift: We have added volunteer shifts during set up and tear down for “male helpers.”  These volunteers will be moving chairs and the clothing racks/tables into/out of the Fellowship Hall to help us get ready for the sale or Sunday morning church after the sale.  Ladies, you are welcome to sign up for this shift under your account, but please send your husband/dad/brother/etc. to volunteer!  Or, just know you will be carrying racks and tables with the guys!

CONSIGNOR INFO:

  • Consignors must have a minimum of 50 items with a maximum of 200 items.

  • We will accept: fall/winter children’s clothing, coats, shoes, toys & books, gear (strollers, car seats, baby swings), sports equipment, dance wear, dress up/costumes

  • We will NOT accept: feeding, diaper pails, potties, maternity, bulky furniture (These are some of the main items we will not accept. Please read the full guidelines for a complete list.)

  • Consignors will get to shop at 6:00 pm in our pre-sale on Thursday, September 5th.

  • WAITLIST – Once consignor spots are full, the system will automatically start generating a consignor Wait List.  If you are prompted to be added to the Wait List, please answer YES to get on the wait list.  If you answer NO you will not be added and will not have a chance at selling, should a spot open up.  We will fill any spots that open up from the wait list in order.
